mario kart blue shell

I"m making my husband a gift for our 1 year ani the song we walked down the isle to was mario kart love song so i would like to make him a blue shell that says our love will never end i would like to use as many colors as necessary to make it look authentic and would like for the whole pattern with a border to fit inside a 8x10 frame

If you're going to use 14 count cloth, and use a frame that's 8 inches wide, the stitching will be 112 stitches wide.
The image you posted is 600 pixels wide so it's a little step down so to speak.
