I thought Riker looked ok without a beard. Threw me off the first time I saw it, though, 'cause I was so use to seeing him with a beard from growing up. But my husband has been going through every single Star Trek ever made. He's finally made it (though I think he skipped the animated series)

I named him "Rape Face Riker" a while ago. When he was beardless, he was very prone of leering and giving these gross looks at all the female characters. Plus, he was pretty much a * in the seasons without a beard. He tended to be a *bit* more monogamous when he was bearded! LOL
It had nothing to do with how he looked - all about how he acted!
