I'm working with 3mm needles and mostly Double Knit (or Light Worsted/8-ply depending where in the world you are). There are a few 4-ply colours in there that are worked double-strand to be the right thickness, and 2 or 3 Aran (Worsted/10-ply) coloursFirehawke wrote:Good luck working on the Rapidash!
Just curious...what size needles and what kind of yarn are you using?
Keep up the great work!

These are all so amazing, maybe one day I'll try it out as well. Congrats to those that have already finished, that's such an achievement.

I definitely feel inspired by lexbubbles' blanket. I kind of want to try making it with simple crochet or Tunisian crochet buuut I don't think I am willing to make the commitment.
I already have some huge cross stitch WIPs on my plate. I am so excited to see how the knitted version comes out.

I don't crochet myself, but I imagine a crocheted version would work up even quicker than my knit counterpart!Lalina wrote:I definitely feel inspired by lexbubbles' blanket. Speaking of, I finished the Rapidash portrait (here, if anyone wants to see it) and have begun work on the 4th chart (#3, as read, with Lapras' head and half a Ditto)

Re: Epic Pokemon pattern WIP!!
Like a few other people it seems, this cross stitch brought me to the boards!
I haven't stitched in years, but thought I'd give this one a go as I love it so much.
This is about 2 weeks of work instead of studying

Re: Epic Pokemon pattern WIP!!
I saw this pattern years ago, but I have made plenty of excuses not to make it. I finally buckled down and bought the materials. This is about a month's work, on 18 Aida cloth. I didn't know there was a WIP thread for this project, so I signed up just to join this thread.
To the person who is knitting this pattern - you are my hero. I grew up watching my mom crochet and knit, and I thought she was undefeatable in talent. You blow her out of the water. I can't crochet or knit to save my life.
