Wow QB that sounds like a seriously * day.. I understand a little about the whole "Tell your life story in 10 minutes" * because I had to do it a few times too when I was younger and in the custody of the state (I was taken away from my mother for reasons I currently don't want to get into). It sucks big time to have to keep rehashing * that happened to you ages ago when you just want to tell the person to shove it up there ass and blow it out their ears..

As for them badgering you with diet and exercise, tell them to F off if you're finally comfortable with who you are and your body. They have no right to tell you what you can and can't do. You are your own person. Don't let some "mental health expert" tell you what you need to do. You know what's right for you most of the time, so do what you need to do for you.

So, it's a minor FML for me but maybe it'll amuse the rest of you. Super Troopers just killed my stitching project! I was taking a drink of my long island iced tea when they said something funny, I don't even remember what it was, but I did a spit take over my piece, my pattern book, the couch, myself. I'd gotten quite far so it wasn't like it's easy to just throw up my hands and start over. I laughed until I cried and then I just cried. I'm about to soak it in some cold water with a bit of dishsoap and hope it comes out. There's just one spot that won't be stitched over so I'm hoping at least that one comes completely clean. My husband is waiting for me to get off the computer because I banned him from eating chips until I'm done thinking. I cannot think while he's crunching. That just made him laugh harder, obviously.

Oh, yessamaca... I mean, that sucks about your project, and I really hope it cleans up for you and isn't ruined, but... You're right, that was slightly amusing!

I also have a minor one. There was a big water leak in the bin storage area outside my flat, and a lot of the water seeped back into the hall. Now the carpet stinks of damp.

I'm guessing they aren't the cute variety. Thats annoying, are they chewing through things? You gonna get an exterminator or a humane pest control?

I'm shaking like a leaf. I don't want to say goodbye. My advisor has been amazing I've never known anyone like her. Two years with Prospect, such a long time and no time at all. I thought I had longer to prepare for this, but she's leaving this week and I don't think they're bothering to assign me a new advisor as my actual leaving date is so soon. So as far as I know, this is it. I have to return to the job centre after this and do as they say, they still haven't sent me a letter yet, but I guess my leaving date is technically 13th Oct...

Then later today I have another meeting thing to go to...
