Cool! I am doing some of AbyssWolf's Brawl sprites as well.
I started on Link and already made patterns for Zelda and Samus.
I'm glad it is going to turn out now that I see yours has.

I second that! Love the colors, they look quite simple and a low color count...and yet it seems like there are a lot more colors there, great depth!
