I KNOW!! That's the same issue I'm having. I cannot start any non-time sensitive WIPs (as in for birthdays, holidays or upcoming events) until I finish at least TWO sitting, non-time sensitive (as in two that have been waiting) WIPs. It was a new year's resolution. It's been VERY hard to keep up with it.Toiya55 wrote:Must be good and finish other projects first....~pout~

Re: Tribal Eeveelutions
Yeah my current project is a kit I bought at the store for my mom's birthday (now about a month past) and it is killing me. I see so many beautiful and unique things on here that I want to start, but I swore I would finish that one despite how boring it is in comparison. I should have found something on here she might like.
On a purely curious note >_> does anyone have a suggestion on a good count fabric to do this on? I've been psychotically itching to try around 20-25 count (over 1) but I don't know if that would be overboard for this or would make it look really detailed and nice.

My plan was to originally do this on a 28ct over 1. I'm just torn at the moment over doing the b&w one or the colours. I feel that it may look more detailed being on a smaller count. I guess I will find out.

might look crisper on a higher count, gven that you won't see the holes in the fabric as much as on a lower count, I'm thinking 22ct atm...

Hey, can i ask what program you use to make your patterns on?
I always get asked to make patterns of images for people (i sell finished cross stitches and beadsprites on etsy) and have been using PCStitch trial up until now to make my own patterns to reference from, but would love to know what program it is i need to buy (or download either or) to get end results of patterns such as these!
i'm new to this site as of about an hour ago, so sorry if this is a stupid question.
this pattern looks awesome though, well done!

.sth files are made in KG-Chart. See viewtopic.php?f=8&t=475badgercreations wrote:Hey, can i ask what program you use to make your patterns on?
.pat files are made in PCStitch, which is a paid program.

PC Stitch has a free viewer which allows you to print .PAT files. They also provide the full version of the maker software for free download. It's is fully functional as a pattern maker - it just doesn't let you save or print.
