moar updates!
I'm going to attempt to finish this before the 12th of October. For no particular reason.

The colours are really coming out, aren't they? It does look a bit grody close up, but that's blue fluff from the fleece blanket coming through, it should settle after the first wash.

Quick WIP - i've finished off the wing, so i've done 4/6 pages. 2 left! I'm doing the 'easier' side first (right side, looking at it) since it's mainly just a huge bit of skinny wing, and neck. xD

Yes they are...
I didn't play Skyrim so all I can see in this pattern is a stylized Charizard. Looking really great like I said before... It's a really cool pattern that I wish I had the courage to stitch it

it's not so hard, if you are using half stitches haha.
As for the size, I did make a smaller pattern.. 69x120, in case I chickened out of this big one. It's around here somewhere.

Another WIP - i've filled in the little bit of the wingtip, and now i'm filling in red for the other half of the wing. I've been trying out drawing onto the waste with a water based texta, and stitching over it - much faster haha. I'm toying with outlining the next page after i've done this wing, and 'colour it in' one colour at a time, if that makes sense. outline the dark blue, fill it in, then the red outline, do the orange highlights, fill in the red after... that sort of thing. It'd be easier I think. Hmm.

It doesn't really feel like I've made progress though, you know? I've still got a page and a half to do, and so much colouring in (sounds more fun than blocking lol) it's still a big task to go. I think having it all hidden - what I've done of it- because it's folded up or just covered by frame etc makes it seem like a bigger job than it is.
I dunno. I'm rambling lol


I have finished filling in that wing though. I'm going to be doing some orange next, since it's on the neck, and then back to red outlining for a bit. I've moved thy frame around, so with any luck I won't have to move it again. The last wingtip may prove that I need to.

Yeah I get that way. I do the outline, and I'm proud. Then when it comes to coloring it in, I feel like the process takes FOREVER. But I think you've come really far in a short amount of time, and sooner than you think you'll be done I can't wait to see it, it's going to be amazing
