Gamer or Crafter? (POLL)

I knew I was a crafter first because my gaming has been suffering because of my crafting.

I have been so busy with quilting that I haven't had time to play any games at all.

i would be playing more games but the only gaming machine i have is a 3ds, and i only play that every so often. i would play games like portal on my computer but i don't own any games for pc except sims3, which i don't constitute as an actual gamers game. i do own a gamecube with a handful of games but that is with my brother in a different state. oh, the troubles of a gamer/crafter!!

This question was really hard to answer as I have been doing both since I was very young. What made me realize I identify more with crafting was asking myself, which one would I not want to give up if I had to give up one and gaming, barely (and sadly), got voted off the island.

I am definitely a crafter! I've gamed on and off over my 30 years but crafting has remained strong since I started. I mostly game now when it relates to the crafts I'm doing!! Or when the husband tries to get me interested in something new!

I don't think I can actually pick, so am choosing not to. These days, I have little time for either and tend to do them at the same time (I craft throughout our weekly RPG sessions and that's about it).

It's been a while since I seriously gamed! I loved my old Super Nintendo (I maintain Yoshi's' Island is the greatest game ever!) and the old '64, but since all the new stuff came out my little brother has been all over it! I've only just taken up crafting again after about 10 years or so, so it's awesome to find a site like this with so many video game patterns to take me back to the good ol' days!

Wow, tough choice. Both gaming and crafting are on-again, off-again hobbies for me, but going by sheer number of hours spent, I had to go for gaming. I usually find it easier to pick up my DS after a busy day at work than dig out my latest craft project.

I am most definitely a crafter.

If I had to give up gaming, I would live. But craft is like oxygen.
