It isn't easy to come up with something for a particular game without being too obvious. Too obvious would be "fat plumber eats shrooms and tries to find princess"
@RMDC - I'd say it was a bit of both!
@starrley - That's pretty much it

I had imagined it as trying to make the clue as obscure as possible, but with a bunch of readily available video game interpretations, such as "Suddenly, I found myself somewhere entirely new!" BMH would know that I meant Portal, because I would send the answer in with my sentence, but the person who got my sentence might stitch something from Portal, or Mario Bros., or Zelda, or something totally wonky that I hadn't thought of I think the most interesting part will be seeing what everyone else guesses it is...
Current Projects:
Star Wars Stitches!
Child's Play Squares
Hm... Still struggling on the sentence a bit... any examples?
It sounds to me like we all throw an idea into a hat, and then randomly draw an idea from said hat, and make a pic based on what the clue makes us think of. It's a lot like charades. Then we guess what the pic is of, and at the end vote on our favorite. Is this right?
Oh! So someone goes and finds images, that person gives everyone a picture to make a sentence from? I like it...

I think we should all just go nuts with it

I think so too but I think one rule that there should be is that it has to be a really popular game ie the classics....the ovrwhelmingly poular ones. So that way evn if the sentences are overwhelmingly vague we still might have a snowballs cahnce in hell of actually figuring it out.....

But isn't the point to re-imagine them as you please? In which case the more obscure the better?
Also, does it have to be a screenshot, or just game related?

I'm gonna go with Lord Libidan on this. I don't think there should be a rule that restricts you to "popular" games. Or any kind of games, for that matter. But if you want to do a popular one, that's fine! Same for obscure, really. I want this to be challenging for everyone
Also, it's up to you whether you go for screenshot or game-related, just whatever you feel works best for the piece

I'm all for this new idea. I really want to do this one too. I already have obscure references in mind to make to what I'm thinking of. Like, 'Collect paper to help overcome obstacles.'
And that was really vague on my game. Very vague, but my question is, we send in the clue to you BlackMage? or is there something more?
Projects:
EC challenge!
Hwoarang, Devil Jin and Miguel bookmarks/profiles from Tekken
Bloodline Rebellion Tekken 6 image
Languages of Love
and so many more

you do have a good point...but I thought we were supposed o figure it out.... if not i think the more obscure the better
Sorry guys i think I was lost in translation......I get it now! lets go for it....now to think of a clue.....
