I really like this idea! and I'm almost done with my dec challenge piece(just border, saying and ome added zing and I'm done!) but I think if we do this that it should probably be a 2 monther simply because it takes time to get everything done unless we can all get our surveys in on this by new years eve...don't see that happening so short notice...but I'm in no matter how we do it!

We can do that next month (and Feb) if you all want to. (This also works for the challenge calendar I have been playing with using.)
It won't take much for me to set up - all people would have to do is send me a "clue" by a set date, and I can handle the rest of the behind the scenes stuff. :D
Opinions?

Wait. I'm confused. :P
So person 1 sends in a sentence. (How long, whats it based off, etc?)
Then person 2 stitches it. (Any limit on size, etc?)
This is where I get confused though.
Does person 2 send it to person 1, like a swap, or just post it?

Although, that said, I'm still in, whatever the answers :D

As I understand it, Person 1 sends me a sentence or clue to describe a video game they are thinking of. Just one sentence will do, but I don't mind how long it is, really. So, I get the clue and I randomly throw that to someone, for this explanation they will be Person 2. Person 2 does a pattern based on the clue and makes it. No limits, anything goes, all crafts welcome as usual! Then they post a picture, we all have a guess at what it is and at the end there'll be a vote for the best/funniest/weirdest interpretation :D

Does that help at all? :D

I presume that the fun comes not in figuring out the game - which is probably going to be pretty easy for most sentences - but rather in finding a humorous alternate interpretation of the sentence. Right?

It sounds to me like we all throw an idea into a hat, and then randomly draw an idea from said hat, and make a pic based on what the clue makes us think of. It's a lot like charades. Then we guess what the pic is of, and at the end vote on our favorite. Is this right?
