Yes, after I posted that I realised I was just being dumb and linked to the article on FB, and found GamesRadar on twitter and retweeted 'em. Thanks anyway!

Yes! I totally want to know too!
I tried searching the Child's Play site to see if they had a listing of auction items and what they went for but no luck!

Re: Sprite Stitch / Child's Play Quilt
Unfortunately we may never know how much it sold for, they don't tell us that kind of information. Remember, that was one of the drawbacks to donating it instead of auctioning it off ourselves. That is why I was trying to find someone that was going that could let us know. Here is the flickr stream from Child's Play: http://www.flickr.com/photos/childsplaycharity. They haven't posted pictures from the dinner auction yet, but I am checking daily to see how it went.

They posted some pics from the photobooth (just saw it on Facebook!) so there may be pictures of items forthcoming! Will keep checkingtnitnetny wrote:Unfortunately we may never know how much it sold for, they don't tell us that kind of information. Re: Sprite Stitch / Child's Play Quilt
Yeah, the photobooth pictures are up on that link I gave now, so hopefully the pictures from the dinner auction are coming!
My father made a comment to me last night that said "well, if they don't tell you how much it sold for I wouldn't donate to them again". My response was "No. Child's Play is a fantastic charity and a fantastic organization and I hope to donate time, money, and crafts for many years. They probably received hundreds of donations just for this auction. What if something is overlooked the one year and only sells for $50? That would upset the person that donated it, so they do not tell anyone. That doesn't mean they are not doing their job and I should not donate in the future."
On another note, this portal gun raised $10,000. A lot of people were tweeting about it right after the dinner.
