I keep seeing people talking about more than one gift... are we supposed to be giving our secret person one thing, or multiple things? Just want to make sure I don't under perform...

I'm planning on making a couple because it's part of a "set." But I think whatever you want to make, one or many is just fine. I know I'm not counting.

Same for me - I went with a few smaller things based on the games and what my ideas were, but I'd have no problem getting one thing

I believe the general idea is one thing or a set of one thing
so you could either do a bookmark with heaps of characters on it, or a set of bookmarks, each featuring a different character (for example)

This has been answered in the posts above me but I will repeat it to be clear:

You can make ONE item or a SET of items (matching or non-matching, both are fine - this is a gift after all!)
If you make a set of things, they should all fit in an envelope together.

I also want to press on people that they don't have to send their items in the standard envelope we keep talking about; send them in bubble bags, boxes, manila envelopes or whatever you want!

This is good - mine will fit in an envelope, but I doubt it would make it to it's destination without being totally destroyed....

I'm making 3 different kinds of items from 3 different games. It's all about personal preference.

I'm assuming I'l only get one thing in return and that's A OK with me. I've always been an over-achiever
