These both look great. I love the sprite stitch logo! It looks great stitched. And in the little hoop.

Re: Blackmageheart's stitchings ~17/8~
Recently, I heard the news that Takeshi Miyaji of Game Arts (and G-Mode) passed away aged 45.
Game Arts were responsible for some of my favourite games when I was young - Alisia Dragoon, Silpheed, Lunar The Silver Star, Gungriffon and Grandia to name but a few. Grandia especially, such a lovely game.
So, as my tribute to Game Arts and Miyaji-san, I thought I'd do a few stitchings of some characters from Grandia, beginning with Justin!
I plan on doing a few more, as some kind of set
As always, comments welcome!

Re: Blackmageheart's stitchings ~5/9~
Second part of my Grandia thing. I'll not get around to more for a while as I have some cosplay and stitching projects coming up as well as birthdays and christmas!
This one is Feena! It was soooo hard to eyeball the colours, but I think I did ok. Only thing is that my phone camera made her face look more pink than it really is!
Ugh, she looks almost sunburnt! I should probably get a better picture, lol.
I will frame Justin and Feena and probably put them up for sale

Thank you! Maybe not too pink, but definitely more pink than it actually isdangergerbil wrote:Great job, i dont think she looks too pink.

I don't work right now, as I stay at home with my almost-3-year-old-terror. I do a bit here and there, in between cleaning/cooking/chasing the sprog/gaming.dangergerbil wrote:I don't knwo wher you find the time for all these projects im lucky if i can find more than few hrs a week
I find it good for relaxing in the evening, when my daughter's *finally* gone to sleep

But also, I'm a fairly quick stitcher when I'm motivated, so I can produce things like this in about a week of on-off stitching

something that size would probably take me about 2 months at least. maybe would be easier if i used lower count fabric (addicted to 32 ct lol)

Those are nice blackmageheart! I'm not familiar with the games but I love the art of the characters. I do most of my crafting when my little one is napping or sleeping for the night. It's pretty much the only way to get some crafting accomplished!

Thanks Rozez! I was like that when my daughter was smaller. Now she amuses herself most of the time! So I can get a bit more done during the day if I want to. But I still mostly do it when she is asleep!Rozez1982 wrote:Those are nice blackmageheart! I'm not familiar with the games but I love the art of the characters. Well...it's not very big really, its 64x64 on 16ct. Only 4096 stitches! Not really very many, hehe. I'm not sure how long exactly they took but it was around 7 days each; non-consecutive, of course - I have to get lots of game time too!dangergerbil wrote:something that size would probably take me about 2 months at least. maybe would be easier if i used lower count fabric (addicted to 32 ct lol)
