Lovecraftian Pattern requests
Hi,
I've been lurking around for ages and decided I should probably register. I've been trying to find some Lovecraft themed crafts, projects and patterns and was hoping someone here might be able to help.
Anything lovecraftian would be amazing, but I've been specifically searching in vain for Mi Go patterns.
Mi Go being the alien race from whisper in the darkness short story. My skills are pretty basic so the simpler the pattern the better.
Thanks in advance.

Do you have any favourite pictures we can use to make a pattern for you?

We'll cater to you! Mostly. Maybe.
But seriously, if you're a "crafty" sorta person, we're all upons!

Re: Lovecraftian Pattern requests
I have made some elder sign patterns
The branch type sign: The star type sign (the one all over the DCoTE game lol):
I have a couple of Mi-go pics but I didn't have time to make decent patterns (the ones I got were fairly poor lol) so I'll post them here for someone with the skills to make em good

Here are the Mi-go pics:
I'm also asking my sister (who is a HUGE Lovecraft fan) if she knows of any decent pics to make into patterns.
Hope I helped though lol.

Re: Lovecraftian Pattern requests
Hehe, in the time in took for Stardrifter to post her Hello Cthulhu pattern, I was making these:
These were made from icons on the deviant art website. I doubt that I'd be able to tackle the huge pics you have there, blackmageheart, but I'll see what I can find.

Here's a Mi-go that I found on deviant art, although I wouldn't be able to tell you really what you're looking at!
(oh, and somehow I managed to not save the .sth file, but here's a .pdf of it)

Re: Lovecraftian Pattern requests
Yeah I know, they are pretty big, but I couldn't find a lot of mi-go that weren't sketch types. Good work on finding the deviantart one, looks a lot easier to stitch!Moxi wrote:I doubt that I'd be able to tackle the huge pics you have there, blackmageheart, but I'll see what I can find.
