Blog Banner Challenge!

it seems a little odd to me to have the shooter sideways and the invaders up/down...maybe its just me.

It is a bit plain, but its also a simple game. you could try a smaller pixel and have more invaders fit in that way.

Maybe make the invaders smaller and have them sideways? Then you could put a few rows in of aliens and keep the overall design.

I really, really love the second design! Definitely use that one. Has a great layout and even though SI is a simple game, that banner design feels like it has a lot going on which is great for movement in the piece. ^_^

I tried redesigning my idea to fit the banner size. Here it is:

Any ideas, or you think it's okay? I figured I'd stitch from about halfway between the "Sprite Stitch!" and JumpMan, to the end, obviously
