MTG Stained Glass Request

Looking for help to convert the below image to a cross stitch pattern. I'd like to keep as much colour as possible without making the file 10 feet long but would be appy to leave this to the discretion of the pattern creator. I'm hoping for the finished pattern to be no larger than 10 inches across but again will make due with what I can get. I'm planning to use a 14 or 18 guage pullaway canvas in order to put this on the back of a sweatshirt. Thank you all in advance just for reviewing and to whomever might consider taking on this hurculean task.

10 x 10 inches = 180 x 180 stitches
45 DMC colors
no backstitch
