Re: LOTR Middle Earth Map
Apologies for the long wait. I finished the knitting project I was working on....mostly. I haven't done the blocking for it yet, but it's basically done. Finished the last page I'm going to get done this year. Disappointed that it took me 7 months to finish this page. In terms of floss, I started this project with, theoretically, all the thread I would need for it. I have, however, made a point to collect more skeins from the store as I've gone along, just in case. I have included a picture of the project stash and how I'm storing it all. The active floss skeins are in the organizer with a few extras of the big ticket colors in case I'm traveling with it and run out of it on the bobbin.
Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Re: LOTR Middle Earth Map
It looks really good so far, and it will be awesome when it's all finished! How many pages left to go?
Also, I love how organised you are. I try to do that when I'm working on a big project but somehow I always end up borrowing threads from the stash to work on other things and forgetting to put them back!

Thank you! In terms of pages left, that was page 15 of 60, so 45 pages left, ha ha

Re: LOTR Middle Earth Map
I took one look at this page and thought, "Oh, NOOO!!! Look at allll the confetti!" I thought for sure this one would take me longer if only because I would have to spend so much time switching colors. Thankfully, it took about as long as the last page, so
. Three more pages until this row is done, with the next two pages basically being big blocks of the same two colors, which means it'll be boring but quick. Thankfully, I have some time off of work coming up where I should be able to make good progress on it.

I actually finished this page on the morning of 4/14/22, but I've had a busy couple days and didn't get the chance to post it until just now. 2 more pages left of this row
