Final Fantasy Tactics Pattern

Hi!

This is my first post on this forum. I’m about to give cross stitching a try. I’m just deciding between Final Fantasy and Zelda. But I will go for final fantasy. It’s a present for my brother by the way. But I just can’t get the pattern to look right. The colors and so on.

Anyone who would want to give me a hand? I had a try with KG-Chart LE. The text is a smaller problem. I could just take some other text as it’s quite messy.

Or maybe i should just make another pattern?

A couple of things first:

1. For help on making patterns, you can get more information from Johloh's tutorial here and my tutorial here.

2. I notice that you have posted your picture as a jpeg. That may be just for posting purposes, but when using sprites you want to stick with formats that won't ruin the sprites in compression. I prefer .png myself, and .gif is also a very good option. KG Chart uses both. You also don't want to resize sprites unless you want them bigger. Pattern programs like KG Chart and PC Stitch use 1 pixel to equal 1 stitch, so you want to keep the sprites at their normal size.

Anyway, you asked for a pattern:

Thx!

May the path of cross stitching lead my way!

I totally missed your guide. But I do find it very useful.
