Need help uploading PDFs

I Have a couple of patterns I have made. I have no problem uploading the .sth but when I also try to upload the .pdf the website times out or refreshes itself. I've tried from different computers with the same results every time. Can anyone help me out?

Your file might be too big. I've had that problem before. If you have your pattern in color try uploading it without the color fill-in. It might work after that. If it doesn't you might have to ask one of the mods for some help.

Agreed. PDFs can be deceptively large files compared to the patterns (even if it's the same pattern) so check the file size. Sometimes, just putting it in a zip file is enough to compress it for forum acceptance, so try doing that as well.

If you could tell us how you made the PDF that would help as well. If you have Adobe Acrobat for example, there is a really easy way to reduce PDF file sizes. There may be similar tricks with other programs that people can share too.
