Newbie question
A real newbie question.
How do I post an image to the forum? I have the picture on my computer, not anywhere on the internet. In the FAQ there was talk about BBCode and [] and stuff. In the upload attachment part I can choose a file to upload. Do I have to do anything to it? Put [] around it or anything?

Re: Newbie question
You don't have to do a thing besides uploading the file and then clicking on the "place inline" button next to the file. You'll want to make sure your cursor is not in the middle of the text you just typed tho. Hopefully that helps.

Hi Kamfer ! I guess you have 2 possibilities :
1) You don't want to upload your image on a pictures hosting website (such as Imageshack, Photobucket...), so, just click on the "upload attachment" tab, browse, and then "add the file" ; in this case, your picture won't be seen in your message, but as an attached file just below
2) Or, you prefer your image to be seen in your message ; so you'll have to host it on a website before ; then you copy the image address, and you paste it between the "Img" tags (one click on the "Img" button below with automatically write them in your message ; you'll just have to paste your image adress between the [...] and [/...]

Re: Newbie question
ok. So I'll go for option 1 I guess. Don't feel like making an account just for my stitching pictures.
Thanks to both of you!
