We snapped up that Pez set when we saw it at Target. They're all pretty accurate - except for Worf, who looks nothing like Micheal Dorn.

Has anyone seen Star Trek Into Darkness? What did you think?
We can keep it all in spoilers so we don't ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it.

I thought it was absolutely amazing. I didn't know that Benedict Cumberbatch was Kahn before I went to see it, so it was an awesome surprise. I think he did a fantastic job as a villain. I love that they switched Kirk and Spock in the radiation room, and had Spock yell "Kahn!!!" I knew Kirk was going to be brought back to life with Kahn's blood though, especially because of the tribble, so it took away from the scene a little. I really love this crew. I like that at the end, Kirk said to Dr. Marcus "We're all a family." I wonder if they'll still have a baby together. Her being in her bra and underwear was completely gratuitous.

I'm really enjoying the new reiterations as well. I think J. J. is doing a fantastic job with the reboot. Hubby had to see the new one the day it came out so we made a family night of it. The kiddo is now annoying the crap out of us watching Sherlock over and over and over and over.... She also blew through all the seasons of Heroes in a few days (she was watching them when they were on t.v. with her dad but they ended up interfering with school bedtime so she had to stop). My friend and I had a friendly bet about Benedict's character (really I just bet against him just because cause I thought the same as he did) and after the movie I texted him a "you win" message. lol

I'm sure we'll have this movie as soon as it comes out on dvd cause hubby wants it. Nevermind that when we got together I told him I wanted all the Disney movies and, well, we are way behind on that. -.-
