For a template I cut a pentagon with a side length of 2 cm out of some stiff card (a cereal box from memory). It took a while to get the sides even, and once it was done I traced around it and compared each orientation to make sure it was even. Took a while but if its crooked they won't match up when sewing. I got at least three or four baubales worth of pentagons out of it before I got distracted.Cloth baubles are a very good idea, is there somewhere I can get a template for the pentagons?
I've been meaning to make a few more so I may attempt to make a tutorial on them in the next few days.
