Just didn't want to bring into question what kind of game RMDC plays...
As Mario is never in the castle when she is kidnapped but living in a hut with his brother, they don't ever seem to be together in the normal cannon.

For the life of me, I can't remember what the game was called, but the line was "Don't try anything funny with the bunnies or I'll be keen to bust your spleen!" The game had quite a bit of humorous dialogue, if I recall correctly.
