Hama beads

Right I want to start making some hama bead pics, but I was wondering what the best way to get them was.
I know you can get them online and at Hobby Cradt, but which would be cheaper?

are hama the same as perler beads?

Yeah I got a pic of myself, resized it and changed the amount of colours.
It's a little under A2 size.
I think Perler is the same as Hama.

from what ive been told, hamas are differnt to perler. apparantly, perlers have more colur graduations, like beige,tan,light tan ,flesh, that sort of thing.
i would reccomend getting them online.theyre probably cheaper if you get them off amazon or something coss you might get a discount. hobby craft are good if youre in a state and really need the beads to finish something off, but at £2 a bag it gets a little steep when you need a lot.
