An Anime Cross-Stitch

Post by Laialda »

Well I know most of everything on here is focused on gaming related crafts and cross-stitching but I figured at least some people maybe interested in Anime as well so I thought I'd share one I recently finished with you all ^_^.

Image

Obviously from the Anime Wolf's Rain. I made it as a wedding present for my good friend who is in love with the Anime and anything that has to do with werewolves really. ^_^ It measures about 11" tall and 17" wide. My next ambitious project is the Hogwarts school crest from Harry Potter. ^.^

Oh hey I just realised that it's your website I got the pattern from! ^_^ Of Course you can put it up in the gallery, if you don't mind waiting a day or two i'll be getting it framed this week and I'll send you a better picture to post. ^.^ The Hogwarts crest I'm doing is from your site as well btw, it's that really big one. I'll make sure you get an image of that to when it's done but it probably won't be for awhile, this one took me 2 months of constant work >.<.

Thanks! I won't be getting around to an update before the weekend, so by all means, send a picture of it all framed up.

And good luck with the Hogwarts crest - that's another one I've been hoping to see finished but didn't have the patience to start myself :D

Thanks Pikachu I'm glad you like it too. ^_^ I've finally got my pic of the finished and framed one :
Image

I wanted a thicker frame but none of the ones I liked were able to hold anything thicker than a photo. >.< If you're wondering why it's at an angle it's because every time I took it head on I kept getting a glare from the flash *sigh* oh well. The frame was a very close/tight fit as you can see but my friend really loved it and that's all that matters. ^_^
