How do I....???

So I have made a pattern for someone but I don't know how to get it onto the forum....I used KG-Chart LE to make the pattern. I have saved it onto my computer but I just don't know how to put it onto the forum so that they can see it. Please help me.

First, underneath the text box look for the 'Upload Attachment' tab.

Then click the "Choose File" button, select the file from your computer, and click "Add the file"

If it is an image file, like a JPG, you can click "Place inline" to insert the image into the text, like so...
