problem with kg chart pattern maker

I start a pattern in kg chart and it needs to close for someone reason. I unstall it and reinstalled it twice and it still won't work. A screen pops up saying it must closed and sorry for the unconvience. Can someone help me with this problem?

The guy who made it released a new version of it the other day, you could try installing that one.

I installed the new version 1.12 but it didn't work. Still wants to close and say sorry for the inconvince. I sent a message on kg chart site.

deborah, does it do this with a particular pattern you are trying to make or all patterns? Also, can you open already made patterns?
The reason I ask is that I had this problem with a pattern I was trying to make a while ago, but it was only one image that was causing me a problem. I think it was something to do with the size I was trying to get out of it, lol.
Can I also ask which operating system are you using?

I tried to make a pattern with another picture and it worked. I can open patterns I made in kg chart. I am running the operating system windows xp on computer.

Yeah, that is all exactly the same as the problem I had a while back. I don't know if it was the size of the picture, or the number of colours or what but it just seemed as though KGChart just didn't agree with the image I was trying to import. Perhaps you could share the image and I (or someone else) can try to import it using the settings you want to see if it's a problem with the program or something?
