Re: Livestream sewing circle?
We have a Hobby Lobby here too its really the only one we have. I am originally from Indiana where we had tons of craft stores and I miss them so much. We also have a Hancock's here but they are rather small. I would love to visit Joanns though havent been to one of them in ages. Thanks for the infodeborah wrote: There is a store named Hobby Lobby in Hermitage area in Nashville. If this is still going ahead, I'm interested. Although my being Australian may make it difficult seeing as how I'm UTC + 8, and a fair way ahead of most of you!

It seems people are interested in it still. Maybe someone that knows how or is able could start a poll on what program we should use and then those interested can vote. I know there is skype, msn messenger, and yahoo.

Re: Livestream sewing circle?
I found a site that might help in planning this. Should we make a list of people and time zones?
http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzref.tzc
I'm American EST.

Re: Livestream sewing circle?
I would be up for this as well
May help me get motivated, haven't been stitching/crocheting much lately.
I'm in UTC/GMT +1 or Europe/Amsterdam on that website.
As for the program, I guess a poll would be good. Though at least in the Netherlands Yahoo is not very common to use.

StitchPlease - USA EST
BMH - UTC/GMT (BST)
Ellentje - UTC/GMT +1
Ally - UTC +8
rogueprincess20 - CDT (UTC -5)
deborah - CDT (UTC -5)
funkymonkey - CDT (UTC -5)
Shereebedee - UTC/GMT (BST)
Kareesh - UTC -6
RMDC - UTC -5
Uhh, think that's right. Was never any good at time zones. Also want to add that in the UK we're on BST, so that's a +1 on UTC/GMT for us until October.
Let me know if I've got something wrong, missed anyone, or if you want to be added to the list

Re: Livestream sewing circle?
I made a timetable for the group that BMH listed.

I vote for Google Hangouts or Skype, I normally have connection issues with other servers. What do you guys think? I'm super excited to see everyone and be able to talk face to face!

Re: Livestream sewing circle?
Man, that's early (for me)!
I'd do it though.
What day of the week would work? I'm free Thurs.-Sun. if we choose that time slot.
