Hello!
I'm in the process of putting together the first event of an annual retro-videogaming convention in Upstate NY (Syracuse area).
One of our goals with RetroGameCon is to be more than just a swap meet/set of tournaments. We want to highlight all of the aspects of videogame culture, especially videogame themed art.
I was wondering if anyone here is based in the North East, and might want to exhibit at our convention? It'll be in Cicero, NY (~10mi north of Syracuse) on October 19, 2013.
We're still pretty early in the planning stages, and I'm new to running conventions, so I apologize if the details are a little sparse, but if you're interested, please check out our website/facebook.
More information is available at http://retrogamecon.com or https://www.facebook.com/RetroGameCon. Also, feel free to email me at director@retrogamecon.com, if there's any questions/concerns.
(Thank you all for your time, and a special thanks to John for this awesome site and permission to post here.)

It sounds interesting, but unfortunately I am trying to get into the New York Comic Con this year which is the week before. That would tap out my inventory. Good Luck!
