ERROR: Too Many Login Attempts!!!

ok, so the last few times I've logged in I've gotten this error...and a couple members have too. probably more that just didnt pm me.

apparently we are getting hit by a few bots that are trying to brute force peoples passwords. this activity has been surging through a lot of forums lately, lots of other admins are complaining about this on other sites.

nothing can be done about it right now.

please check and make sure that your password is not a common word or something so simple that it could be randomly guessed. if it is change it now before a bot gets lucky and guesses it.

as long as we dont see spam from members nobody has been breached, PM me if you see random spam from a regular member.

but really, as long as they don't get through to an admin account they cant do any real damage.
