Liking the magical arrow he was using, funny though how no one has seemed to mention that, that boss was shooting lasers too, hope they don't go too lasery, I love that LOZ has always been a major game not to have guns and fancy tech, a rarity these days.
The creator actually said, "No one said that was Link," which makes me think it could be a little brother or maybe a little sister. Like how in Wind Waker you had the little sister. The realistic artwork with the cell shading makes me wonder about maybe being related to that game.

It could also mean, "Oh crap, no one likes the new Link! Damage control! Damage control!" I personally like it just fine.
Just read that this afternoon - now i am a little more interested. We will see what happens!

I was wondering if there would be an E3 topic in here somewhere.

My opinions on E3 this year:

Dragon Age- I absolutely loved the first one. Was severely disappointed in the second one. Am not sure if I can trust them for this one. It does look better from what they've shown, but I'm still hesitant.
Uncharted 4- I love the Uncharted series, so I'm really looking forward to another game. Gosh Drake is looking older and beat up. I wonder how long he's 'been out of the game'.
No Man's Sky- Also looks like it's going to be incredible.
Little Big Planet 3- I absolutely love the LBP games and cannot wait for the next installment. The new characters look fun too.
Once again, Dead Island's trailer is great, but this time I'm not expecting anything from the game itself.
Splatoon- I love the idea and it looks like it would be a lot of fun.
Bayonetta 2- I was looking forward to this before E3. In fact, it was one of the reasons we got a WiiU, haha. It looks like it will be just as fun as the first.

Probably my favourite thing from E3 2014:
Yoshi's Wooly World- This game was specifically designed for me... Okay, so it wasn't really, but honestly it may as well have been.

There's more, but I can't think of anything else at the moment.

Nintendo is definitely looking like the company to beat right now. Their digitial conference kept me engrossed! Yoshi's Wooly World and Toad Treasure Trackers...along with stuff already released like MK8 and the new Mario bros game are seriously hampering my "we never play the Wii why bother with a Wii U" mentality.... :\

Splatoon looked like a lot of fun. I'm not usually big on MOBA/PVP type games but, at least, the colorful ones seem to be more focused on fun (Awesomenauts as an example) and this one looks like it could be fun to play without the headache of pvpers.

Hyrule Warriors also looked like something that might interest me. I have no love for the Zelda franchise but I love Dynasty Warriors and the gameplay looked similar enough that I'm interested.

That being said about Zelda...I am kinda interested in the new game. LOL! I really do need to give this series a second chance. Thanks alot stupid forest maze in the first game for tainting my taste for this series! :D

Dragon Age 3 was pre-ordered yesterday. Don't expect to see me during October/November. LOL!

I'm also fairly interested in both Abyss Odyssey and Persona Q from Atlus.

There was a lot of talk on tumblr today about female representation in the games. Interesting stuff.

It's all just giving me a huge urge to play loads of games!

I've been a big supporter of Nintendo even at the bad points, it's times like this that really put a smile on my face.

I watched the videos for The Evil Inside and Shadows of Mordor and they both look pretty good. I can't afford to order more than one $60-$70 game at the same time but they will definitely be something I'll keep on my mind for when I have some extra cash if they are on the xbox, anyway.

I also watched the video for Fable Legends. I'm have a little trepidation about it being mainly co-op since I normally don't play co-op on the xbox. May be passing on that one.

Anyone interested in The Hunter game? It's totally speaking to my Folklore/action RPG/free to play side! :D I went and signed up for their beta. *crosses fingers*

If you are playing on a 360, i definitely would not recommend Shadows of Mordor - Because it is being designed for the new systems (XBOne and PS4), they are severely dumbing down the nemesis system for the 360 and ps3, which, in my opinion is the best feature of the game.

They stated that fable legends would be playable solo, with you being in control of your character and 3 ai, going against an AI villain.

I will have to look into The Hunter, this is the first i am hearing of it.

Good to know about Mordor Samarin! I know they said that about Legends but they also said they are focusing on the co-op aspect which makes me worry that I'll either *have* to do some co-op to complete the game (ie end bosses may be too difficult with just ai) or that playing it single player will be lame. It does have a kind of weird premise to play single player with that whole villain aspect so who knows. LOL! I will probably wait on this game for awhile. That being said...I was noticing the other day that my daughter has more achievements on Fable 2 than I do (and she's technically beaten the storyline which I haven't)...it's time to get back to completing that game. LOL!

The Hunter was announced earlier today. It looks like it could be fun.

The new main Zelda game, as well as Hyrule Warriors and Yoshi's Wooly World have inspired me to actually trade up to a Wii-U, which I originally had no intention of. I am also looking forward to the Mordor game!
