Pokemon DVD cover

I recently bought some pokemon DVD's off ebay. They were going cheap because the seller had lost the case, the DVDs are legit though. I thought I would be able to print off a cover insert so it would match my other pokemon seasons, however it is proving difficult to find a complete image on the internet.

I was wondering if any of you lovely sprite-stichers would happen to own the season I am after and if you did would you be able to scan the cover for me? I am after season 5 from the region 4 box release. The one where the cover looks like this:
