So I'm working on a kitchen cross stitch. It's a saying from Dinotopia (great book series by James Gurney, check it out). The saying is "Eat to Live, don't Live to Eat". I'm doing it in the Dino Footprint writing form which looks like a bunch of arrows, but it will also have the Latin lettering underneath (in English). But I have two pockets of empty space, 40 x 30 stitches that I'd like to put in some food sprites. Healthy stuff like veggies or bread or eggs or stuff like that.
Any game recommendations with those kind of sprites?

Re: Sprite Recommendations
I haven't played either game but I think I remember seeing some nice food sprites from both Animal Crossing (DS) and the Harvest Moon games.
And the Dinotopia books have amazing illustrations. The author/artist's work is on exhibit now in New Hampshire and has been at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History as well :)

I agree with kuja.girl's choices but I wanted to throw in that some of the Shining Force games have nice bread, honey, apple, onion and pepper sprites if you're interested in those! Also an interesting range of drinks. In fact, I think I have a pattern for a bread and apple from a while ago! I'll dig it out if you're interested. I also have my patterns for some Harvest Moon vegetables, but I have a whole bunch of the crop sprites too.

And I'm sure there's probably something you can find from Cooking Mama, unless I'm sorely mistaken (been awhile since I played the game)

The Kirby games have a ton of good food sprites too. I really like the ones in Kirby Super Star:

Veggies, bread, eggs, it's got it all.

Re: Sprite Recommendations
Thank you, thank you! I think I will go with the Kirby sprites. Because a body needs more than just veggies. And Kirby has milk and eggs and so on.
Thanks so much everyone!
