Zelda Windwaker Pattern Request

I was perusing the boards when I saw the pattern and color list for the Windwaker Title Screen Logo.

I was on my way over to pick up more floss so I jotted down the colors.
Well, now I am home, and after looking at the link again, I noticed that the pattern is just a small screen shot of it, and not an actual KG or PDF pattern!! EEP!

Is there a pattern available from this thread viewtopic.php?f=7&t=101 ??

I am using 18 ct aida. The size doesn't matter =)
