I just finished working on map 1, and have started map 6. It is HUGE, and is going to take me forever, but the colors are awesome and I'm really excited. I'll have to get together some wip pics =)

I would love to see the WIPs

I can't stitch often anymore with my newborn constantly attached to me while she's teething, so I guess I live vicariously through others' WIPs lol

I started on World 1 this past week. Got frustrated with some of the bushes, so I'm just focusing on the black outlines of the roads and the stuff along the roads. I'll have to get a pic and put it in my thread sometime...

This is such a great idea! Adding to my list that seems to be growing way too fast...

I love the idea of doing each of these and framing and hanging them around a basement/media room. My husband and I are going to decorate our eventual nursery with Mario but there is no way I will get to these by then. We had already talked about moving all the Mario things to the basement living room after they were no longer needed in the nursery so this might be perfect for that!
