Re: Summer Music kit - WIP - Finished!
Finished!
Stitcher's assistant: And framed: I framed this one with no glass and with quilt batting between the fabric and the foam board. I really like how it turned out.
Here's a WIP gif (click the picture to see it full size)

You finished this in record time, and it looks fantastic.
I like the way the quilt batting makes it pop. And all that backstitching effort really becomes clear in the gif!

Mostly hibernating here. Find me on Twitter @rmdcade.

Wonderful! Congrats on a speedy finish!

It really does. There's pretty cross stitch and when the backstitch comes in it's like BAM! detail.RMDC wrote:And all that backstitching effort really becomes clear in the gif!

I would love to have this pattern. I haven't been able to find it at Hobby Lobby or online.

If you google Elsa Williams Summer Music there's a handful of websites that sell it if you can't find it in person.koi1686 wrote:I would love to have this pattern. I haven't been able to find it at Hobby Lobby or online.

Re: Summer Music kit - WIP
@funkymonkey I did find the kit. I wish they had the DMC colors listed since I tend to use more string than they give and this line of kits are discontinued. I guess I'll just eyeball it and see if there are any close colors. Didn't cost me a lot of money surprisingly.
