So, here is my first entry into a challenge!

I read through the comments and she used a tripod with a slow shutter speed with no flash.
For mine, I held it to the light for 5 minutes then quickly shut the light off and took a picture with no flash.

Just imagine that when it glows it's about halfway between looking like the photo and the digital mock up. Never found my good camera so this will have to do!

Ok! First challenge entry!

I was going for a glowing mushroom scene and had fun with the different coloured threads
, hopefully some others like it too
