I forgot to take a picture in the light lol, but I'll post it next week when I get internet again
Here it is in the dark:

In the light, it's just a white square on Grasshopper green aida. The premise is that you see the ghosts in the dark, or with a Silph Scope (black light) :D

I have finished the charity quilts! I should get those pictures up tomorrow and the dinner one mailed out Monday.

This means I finally started my challenge quilt last night. I finished the first part of it and I am shocked with how well it turned out. I absolutely love this site and the challenges. It pushes me to make things I never would have thought of.

I really like the entries so far! I finally got a chance to stitch up the idea I put together at the beginning of this month. Here it is!

I've decided to call it an Invader-o'-Lantern, heh. I was thinking I'd try putting something else together that's a little less "Halloweeny," but I absolutely hate cross stitching with this glow in the dark thread. Looks cool, but it'll be a long time before I do it again!

I hear you! The DMC GITD floss is not fun to work with at all. I wish I had tried working with it a bit before I designed and started a challenge project that uses so much of it, lol!

Beautiful project, btw. It really pops on the black Aida!
