Re: WIP- Cowboy Bebop- Ed Jumper
Thanks everyone! I've officially finished knitting the Ed part. In fact, I'm all the way up to the neck shaping. Tomorrow morning I'll try to get a good picture. I still have to tidy up some of the stitches, but even with the untidiness, I am so happy with how the image has turned out. After seeing it, my boyfriend asked where his Spike or Jet one is. haha
Now I just need to re-read the neck part of the pattern and hope I can follow it properly. Within the next few days I just might have a cool Cowboy Bebop jumper.

Re: WIP- Cowboy Bebop- Ed Jumper
Well, I had some technical difficulties yesterday with our computer, so I couldn't post my WIP progress picture until now. I took this picture yesterday morning after having finished knitting Ed and working up to the neck. My current progress at the moment is that I am nearly done! I am just doing my tidying, weaving in my ends and seaming the little bits of the underarms left from the pattern.
I tossed in on last night after I finished the neck and I do kind of wish I had made it a little longer. However, since I am losing a bit of weight the hope is that by the time I'm at my goal it will be more or less the perfect length I was hoping for. *Fingers crossed*, I will be able to finish my tidying, weaving and seaming today and post a final picture tonight or tomorrow.

If there was ever a project to make me tackle my complete inability to knit, this would be it.

Re: WIP- Cowboy Bebop- Ed Jumper
Aww, thanks for the lovely comments everyone!
I might eventually have to make a full series of jumpers. One for each of the main characters. In fact, now that I've had that thought, I really want to do it. I could do each of them in colours that suit their character. Okay, I need to stop my brain before I get ahead of myself. Someday when I have the money for the yarn I might give it a shot.
The funny thing is, that when I started this, I was planning on taking my time and making it a long project, but I just got too excited to finish it, haha.lcockitt wrote:I too am very impressed with how quick you knitted this up!
