Included was a very cool creeper beanie, a spyro bookmark, a personalised sprite stitch keychain, some lemmings related jewelry, postcards from her home town, and some thread heaven. Despite the fact that I don't have pierced ears (probably should have mentioned...) I think they are all great :nod I am now looking forward to winter so I can show of my new beanie, and the bookmark is carefully guarding my place already. I have never tried thread heaven before, so that should be interesting

Starting to get a little worried about my swap gift as I sent it ages ago and am relitively new to posting overseas... If you recieve it please let me know.
Super awesome gifts!!!

I wouldn't worry too much about mailing overseas taking awhile. I used to send things to Australia (from the US) and it would take 3+ weeks. And you could always ask BMH to message your buddy to see if they got it, since it could be they did but something happened so they didn't open it or haven't been home or just something. So don't worry!

Katdun does do fabulous work! To my swapee, I promise, I'm getting there but I'll most likely be a little late sending them out, but I'll include a little something extra to make the wait worth your while :)

I would be happy to do so if anyone is worried about where their gifts have gotten to.

Yay! I'm glad you liked everything! I'm surprised you got it so quickly. I wasn't expecting it to make it there for another couple weeks at least since Ally's gifts took nearly a month!

I know what you mean! I've seen those mini canvases around, I just wish I were better at painting, and anything artistic in general! Very cool gifts!

 Hello! I received my awesome gifts from Petitcat!!! Yes, everything arrived in tact. :) Because I've been in the middle of moving, it's taken me a bit to take the photos, but here they are!
Spoiler
Image
I'm going to quote from her letter a bit to help explain everything. First is her inventory list:
honey jar with pika-bee
dragon potholders
Pikachu colored cup holder
Star Trek place-mats
Danish marzipan chocolate
Here is a closeup of the Pika-bee jar:
Spoiler
Image
Petitcat says that the jar with the Pika-bee cover on it is wild flower honey from her local farmers market, and that there is a guy who makes it himself and that it's good quality. I love honey! It's so sweet (pun intended) that you sent it to me and thought to make the cover. I love Pikachu :pika and I have a major affinity for bees. In fact, I have a silver necklace with a small bee charm that I never take off.
On to more gifts! Here is a closeup of one of the dragons from the potholders:
Spoiler
Image
Here is Petitcat's description: "The dragon potholders pattern is from a book with patterns from the Middle Ages, and I just liked it so much. The dragon is from the 13th century, so it's old, but it's one of my favorites. (I have a soft spot for really old stuff.)"
The potholders are so cool! :D They are so well made too. Did you sew the potholder part too? It's so professional. And the dragons are beautifully stitched. :)
And, of course, I LOVE the Star Trek com badges.
Thank you so much for everything, petitcat!!!!!!!!!

As far as the gift that I'm making goes, I am almost finished. I may even be able to ship today. Moving sure threw me off. I'll definitely make the deadline for this swap. I really want to compete in the glow in the dark challenge too. So much to do... but I never regret stitching! And it sure helps with the stress from real life. ;)

Yes, that little mushroom painting is really cool! I've seen the tiny canvases with little easels and thought about what I could do with them. Using one for a swap gift was a great idea. And the mushroom itself is great!
