don't feel obligated to make more for your swappee just because someone (*cough*me*cough*) decided to be big. it isn't the quantity that makes a gift special, but the thought that goes into making it.

I agree. It's not about quantity, although if you're like carand and have the ideas and the steam to get them done quickly then that's fine too!
I haven't been able to make as much for my swappee as I would have liked, because I've not been well and on top of that now I have really bad tonsilitis...so they're not even finished! But I'm pretty sure that my swappee will enjoy them all the same :)

Um...hope that made sense, the brain fog is drifting back in! XD

Finished! I'll try to get it sent off on Mon or Tues. The frame turned out to be a little larger and heavier than I realised, so someone can expect a large-ish parcel to arrive.

I'm posting mine today! I'm excited to know when it will get there!

And the post master on my ship is getting annoyed with me always asking if I have packages. Not only am I waiting for a swap package, but my sister is supposed to be posting my PS2 to me soon as well...because I need more distractions from my Chrismakkah presents.....

Just checking in to let it be known that I'm still working away at my gift(s). What I'm making is quite different to anything I've made before (and to the last swap gifts I made), so I dont what give away any details apart from my progress. Will be shipping out at the end of the month.

WIth all thats been going on with my mom I haven't felt much like stitching, I guess I've been depressed lately but I finally got the itch to really stitch again tonight and have been working on my gifts. I'd been working on them in small spurts but tonight I have really been working on it for awhile. It might still be late however so if it is I am sooo sorry swappee. I'm just glad I want to stitch again instead of feeling like I have too.

It'll have more meaning and feeling when you want to stitch instead of having to.
Hope your mom gets better soon!

I hope my swapee liked my gift. I sent it out awhile ago and I'm nervous they won't like it. Sadly, I was only able to make one gift. Been having a really hard time finding free moments to work on my crafts >.<
