Fruit of the Loom logo

I've tried many times to create a pattern of the Fruit of the Loom logo using various free online pattern makers but the result always looks horrible. Can someone please help to create a pattern of the logo (The apple in center surrounded by grapes & green leaves)? I'm going to be using yarn and plastic canvas and would like for it to be large enough to fill an entire canvas which is about the size of a normal ruled notebook 3-hole paper.

What count plastic canvas are you going to be using? Also, do you have a limit on number of colours?
