I've ordered some 16 count aida for my patches, although I ordered on the night of Christmas eve, so I doubt that I'll be receiving it by the end of this year! Also, I ordered enough for multiple patches, and signed up for 2 more patches. I hope it's okay with everyone that i chose Pikmin 2 and KH BBS for those.

@gamerwolff - great patches! love the Epic Mickey one, and (if you don't mind me saying so) I think the Riku patch would work well

I was thinking of doing Pacman. Does this look good for the quilt?

Pacman it is then. Hopefully one day I'll find the time to stitch up the full screen pattern that I cropped this from. :pac

Greetings everyone,

I have been a lurker for quite a while, but have been too shy to post. I would very much like to get involved with the next charity quilt, but I am very new to cross-stitching and pattern creation. If someone could help me create a pattern to stitch for a square, I would be very appreciative! :)

I would love to do a square for Disgaea (particularly with Etna and/or Prinnies) or Bubble Bobble (the NES original)! I'm not sure what type of images would convert nicely into the size pattern required for the quilt. I don't want it to look too busy or empty; I want it to look nice with everyone else's squares. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you very much for your time! :)

I did it a couple if years ago and believe me, it doesn't take that long at all, as long as you stitch on black Aida. Actually, it may take you longer to just stich the cropped image with all the black backgroud stitches

This reminds me that I've never posted pics of my complete Pac-Man. I'll have to fix this soon.

I really want to make a full Pacman screen quilt. I am worried it would cost way too much money with all of that applique and the time it would take. Maybe one day I will do it.
