I couldn't really tell you how many hours I've put into it already as I already said I started it a year ago, but I know I worked on it for quite a few hours yesterday as I was home sick. Here's what I have done so far!

Nintendo Sampler WIP
So, I started this quite awhile ago, but I just now picked it back up and started on it again. I'm making it for my brother as he and I played the NES quite a bit back in the day, but if he doesn't like it or want it, then I'll take it!

I didn't have any black Aida cloth when I started, so I'm thinking I may go back and do half-stitches for the background. And, yeah, I messed up on the position of one of the blocks. It give it character is what I say.

Re: Nintendo Sampler WIP
After being sick for a couple of days, I got quite a bit of stitching done. Sorry in advance for the horrible picture quality. The best camera we have in our house is the camera on my phone.

I feel the same way every time I post pics from my terrible camera phone.Kareesh wrote:After being sick for a couple of days, I got quite a bit of stitching done. Sorry in advance for the horrible picture quality. The best camera we have in our house is the camera on my phone.
I'm a huge Nintendo fan girl, so I'm really excited to see your progress on this!

Re: Nintendo Sampler WIP
I am quitting for the night. That darn dog is mocking me. For some reason, all my stitches seem to be off, even though I went through and corrected them....twice! Guh. I may skip working on him for a bit and maybe work on the grass and the bottom blocks.
Anywho, this is the progress I made over the past couple of days.
You can just see that dog laughing and mocking me.
