Started a new project. Hylian Shield and sword from Etsy seller CountryMagicStitch. I would post the link but for some reason it doesn’t work right (any tips would be appreciated).
I tried gridding for the first time and totally botched it lol but at least it’s still workable; could also use some tips for that lol
I’m working on 16ct Aida since that’s one of the few things I can get from my craft stores. I would love to start my full coverage piece but I’m still searching for a good online fabric seller; also open to suggestions. Really want to start that Zelda stained glass piece. But in the mean time... this
Loving those colors!!!
Bummer that the link isn't working properly! What's it doing??? I know that sometimes the links display truncated, but oddly they still work.
I can give ZERO tips on gridding. I have a gridding pen, but I only use it to mark where a page ends. Me and straight lines don't agree. I can't even get straight lines with a ruler.
I usually get fabric from 123Stitch
Happy stitching!

You have a great start going! I'm looking forward to seeing more!
I haven't tried this site personally, but https://stephsfabbys.com/ has some amazing choices for colored fabrics.
I have tried https://www.silkweaverfabrics.com/ a few times. They have a large range of choices, but they're slow on the shipping times. When I bought the fabric for my Middle Earth map, it took a couple MONTHS for it to even ship, and that was only after I sent a complaint email asking about it. Who knows how long it would have taken if I hadn't sent the email. The point: quality of fabric is good, large range of choices, but the shipping is iffy at best.
