Hi there,
It's a long time I visit your site and read many post on the forum.
I congratulate all the members for the very creative projects seen here.

The barrier of langage makes that I'm not register in this forum before. (I'm French)

Happy to be with you. I present you some of my perler beads if you wish.

Here is two recents examples of perler work :

Bievenue! Your stuff is great, I particularly like the idea of stitching the perlers onto canvas, it gives a great 3D effect. I hope to see more of your work!

That pacman is fantastic. Actually, they are both fantastic. I love the way you did it slightly different to normal, it really makes it stand out.

Also, don't be afraid! We have a lot of french speakers. Also google translate helps. :D Welcome to the forum!

Thanks at all !
@ Lord Libidan : It's a little "strange" to see my creations on the index page of your site but it's very cool :good:
PS : I love your Transformers.

I don't have other 3D bead to see you for the moment but I actually work on 3D Space Invaders !
I have no plans for the effect, so it's between tests and luck to have a good result.

Choice of Hama color is very important for me to be near the original. Example with Mario, the skin color is the same like bowser (light orange) and the green is dark (special bronze) due to the NES limitations.
Some colors have no declinaisons. So "Please Mr Hama make another gray, we only have one !" (I use metal for a second)

I will post some "classic" beads creations this evening (in French time)

Let's go !

This is some characters from Zelda 3, sword is removable because it's in idea to make a board game in beads.
(Collect weapons, open chests with keys, exchange of rubies, find magic under pots, and beat Ganon to save Zelda)
Work in progress...

I would love to see/hear more about the Zelda game-- it's my favorite game and I love stitching things with a purpose, and that sounds brilliant!! :tri

Thanks.

Zelda board game is a very long projects but the rules are established.
I don't have other elements to show for the moment and it's a bit complicated to explain rules without visuals.
Currently I work on Space Invaders, this take my time, but I continue to work on the board game after.
I prefer keep the surprise effect to see you an finish project and explain the rules than talk this today. You see it in some weeks.

See you soon !
