Metroid Samus 3' Perler Project
Hey all!
New to this forum, but thought I'd check it out.
Made this Samus for my friend Brandon's 25th B'day. Took a little over a week to complete, off & on, & measures about 3' tall.
Lemme know what ya think!
Photo he took after hanging it.

Awesome! Always good to see a Samus
Why's she hiding in the closet, though?

Wow. How do you make them that big and not have them fall apart?

@Pyper, I just bought a whole bunch of peg boards, created the entire thing on my dresser top, & ironed it only once I was finished with the entire piece.
Then, just to make sure it would hold when hung on a wall, I glued strips of a thin, clear plastic board to strategic points.

Not to be a necro, but I have just recently found this post via pinterest and I was wondering if you would have a pattern for this exact samus perler? And if so are other people allowed to use it? I would love to make the same thing for my fiance ♥
Thank you in advance for your answer x

It's totally fine, because it's SAMUSSSSSS. Also because I say so. And SamusVampireIdle wrote:Not to be a necro
I don't know if you'll get a response from the OP but while you're waiting, I know a few beaders use the cross stitch patterns and then just pick out the bead colours themselves. I'm not a beader myself so I don't know how workable that is for this sprite, but I'm sure there's a pattern for it somewhere around here (I definitely have seen at least one of these Samus sprites on my computer, although it may have been the Gravity Suit)
Anyone with beading experience that can help out?
