And finally, over a year later...
I figured I'd get started on winter solstice gifts early. This is for the younger of my brothers-in-law.
I used a different green and blue, since I was on vacation with no way to get the correct color, but I rather like the result. I also used glow-in-the-dark floss to outline the Metroid, as well as the nuclei and the lines running out from them. I'm not telling him that it's got glow floss. I'll just wait for him to freak out when he wakes up in the middle of the night and sees a pixelated, glowing Metroid hovering over his desk. :3c
