Zelda: A Link to the Past Map (Dark World)
I would like to point out that I'm not making this, but it has been asked for by Folly.

Re: Zelda: A Link to the Past Map Part 2
thanks for posting this!
I noticed that a lot of people kept mentioning that you should do this also...I think a lot of those people don't quite realize how much work went into the first one, and how likely it is that you are totally sick of it at this point.

Thanks for posting the pattern I might do this one instead of the other one (once I have the time) I want to do both but I doubt I'll want to once I finish one.
A Stitch is Worth... How much is a stitch worth?

Re: Zelda: A Link to the Past Map (Dark World)
Hello stitchers.
I'm a first-time poster, long-time lurker. I have a question about this and the light world-pattern...
Looking at the sizes on the charts, the light world one says finished size is 29.55 cm x 25.86 cm, but the dark world one says finished size is 72.24 cm x 63.21 cm. Both on 18ct/inch aida cloth.
... are the sizes really that different between them? It may sound completely crazy, but if I'm even going to TRY to make both, I want them to end up at least sort of the same size...

Just ignore the sizes, for some reason the pattern program sometimes gives the wrong size. This will be the same size as the light world map.

Thank you. And looking back at the pattern, I should have figured that out quicker myself. Slow brain-day I suppose...

Ever since I saw the Light World map I've wanted to do these. After my first 6hrs of work I realized that I had the fabric the wrong way and spent almost 5hrs picking out my progress. But today is a new day!

Two things:
1. Is it possible for someone to convert the pattern to PDF for me to print at work? I'm tired of being tied to my computer everytime I want to stitch.
2. Folly (or anyone else), are the color codes given correct? I started stitching the clouds and the L symbol #524 is greenish, but according to the original picture and the actual color tone used in the chart, it should be more of a tan/off-white. I trust Servotron but I've read how KG doesn't give the correct colors.
Thanks to anyone who can help!

Sorry I don't have the pattern in pdf.
But here is a DMC colour card list you can check the colours against. It will still be slightly off since your still looking on the computer.
It will help to at least judge the colours. http://www.yarntree.com/075dmc.htm
