Official Sega Cross Stitch Patterns
Yes what a time to be alive, Sega Japan made cross stitch charts for some of their characters https://sns.sega.jp/sp/#paper scroll down to almost the bottom, for a Amy, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Eggman and Puyos patterns. Although for some reason they don't give any thread numbers for the colours..

Edit: OK so now I've fallen down a sega craft rabbit hole (not the first time, won't be the last!) because some of those look fun! Akira Yuki mask? Saturn things? sold
Anyway reading a bit of the titles it seems to refer to sonic and puyo ones as dot/pixel art so I think they may not have colours as they're able to be used for multiple craft types? saving them anyway I'm sure they will be useful!
